Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is open daily from 5:30am - 8:00pm.

Enjoy sweeping views of the 18th fairway or watch your favorite TV program while running, walking, or cycling on our Precor machines. If you're new to fitness, Mountain Lake's Personal Trainer, Krystal Bemman, is here to help. 
 

 

Schedule for Fitness Classes

Monday 9:00am 
Stretch with Marquel. 45 minutes.
Tuesday  5:00pm 
Yoga with Audra. 1 hour. All Levels.
Wednesday 9:00am 
Circuit Training with Krystal. 1hour. All levels. Will have modifications & progressions to suit all abilities. Example: 20 seconds working, 10 sec rest stations incorporating strength training and yoga stations.
Thursday  8:30am 
Stretch with Marquel. 45 minutes.
Friday  9:00am 
Circuit Training with Krystal. 1hourr. All levels. Will have modifications & progressions to suit all abilities. Example: 20 seconds working, 10 seconds rest stations incorporating full body strength training and yoga.
Friday 2:00pm 
Pool Fitness with Krystal. 45 minutes. An energetic water workout with great music. Come have some fun in the sun! * meet at pool located on the west side of colony house. Don’t forget your towel, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.


Hair Salon
Available by appointment. Please contact Marquel at 863-280-1435 for an appointment. 

Massage & Spa Services 
Massage and Spa services are available by appointment. Please call the Colony House Front Desk at 863-676-5900 to book an appointment. The sauna is available during regular fitness center hours. 

Private Yoga Instruction
Cathy Strang will be available for private one-on-one yoga classes and group yoga sessions this season. Also a great idea for family gatherings & weekend events. If you and a workout partner are interested in having a class created with your specific needs and abilities in mind, at the time that works best for your schedule.
